What to Expect from Low Intensity Pilates

Low Intensity Pilates is exactly what it sounds like - a gentler-paced version of our mixed-level classes. You’ll be doing many of the same exercises, but with fewer progressions and more time to really connect with the movements.

We take things at a steadier pace, which makes it perfect if you’re:

  • New to Pilates

  • Building confidence in your technique

  • Recovering from injury

  • Postnatal

  • and easing back into movement

This class is gentle, not easy - you’ll still be working hard, but in a way that’s supportive, safe, and focused on building strength and control.
