My Membership
Our Top-up packs are right up your street - purchase 1, 2, 4 or 8 credits at at time to supplement your main membership.
In the Momence App, go to Account (in the bottom right corner)> select My Memberships > you can see on the left how many classes have been booked (not necessarily attended) in the current membership cycle.

In the Momence App go to Account (in the bottom right corner)> select My Memberships> you will see here how many classes you have used and when the renewal date is.

To find out how many top-up credits you have (this is different from Membership Credits). You can only see this when you go to book a class.
Select Credits as your payment method and it will show you how many credits you have left.

The simple answer to this is no. Your credits are considered Membership credits until your next payment cycle begins.
If you have any credits left over on day 28, they become Rollover credits on day 1 of your next cycle and last for 14 days.
If you have a recurring booking in place, you may want to cancel and rebook the classes using Rollover credits so they don't expire.
This happens if you have tried to book Rollover classes before they have become Rollover Credits. Contact [email protected] and she will reallocate your credits correctly. See the previous FAQ question for how to avoid this happening in the future.
