Our Mixed Level classes are the heart of what we do at The Pilates Corner - designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and welcoming for all abilities.

Every exercise starts from a beginner-friendly foundation, with options to layer on progressions if and when you’re ready. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to challenge yourself, you’ll be supported throughout.

There’s never any pressure to move up a level before you’re confident - and we’ll always keep a close eye to make sure you’re working at a level that’s right for you.
